Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also a really important act of self-care. When you get in touch, we’ll arrange an initial consultation where we can talk through what has brought you here, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you may have. This first meeting is also an opportunity for you to get a feel for how I work and whether this feels like the right setting for you.

Together, we’ll think about which type of therapy may best meet your needs. Sometimes, this may mean short-term work focusing on a specific issue, while in other cases longer-term support may be more helpful. The pace and direction will always be guided by you and what feels comfortable.
I understand that cost can sometimes be a concern. In certain situations, I may be able to offer financial assistance, and I encourage you to discuss this with me if it feels important for you. My aim is to make therapy as accessible as possible while ensuring you receive the right level of support.
If, after our initial consultation, it seems that your needs would be better met by a different approach or area of expertise, I will be open with you about this. I work alongside trusted colleagues at my Eaton Gate practice, and I can refer you on to someone whose skills may be a better fit. My priority is always that you find the right therapist and the right support for you.

Therapy Approaches I Offer in London & Online
Everyone’s journey is unique, and there’s no single “right” way to approach therapy. I offer a range of therapeutic styles, and together we can find the one that feels most helpful for you. Sometimes that means focusing on present difficulties and learning practical tools, while at other times it may involve gently exploring deeper patterns and experiences.
Couples Therapy in London & Online
Every relationship has its challenges, and sometimes it can feel difficult to find a way forward together. Couples therapy provides a calm, supportive space where you and your partner can talk openly about what’s happening between you. Together, we can explore unhelpful patterns, improve communication, and rebuild understanding and trust. The aim is to strengthen your connection and help you find a more fulfilling way of being together.
Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Therapy
Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in the same struggles, without fully understanding why. Psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy offers the chance to gently explore how past experiences may be shaping the way you feel, think, and relate to others now. By becoming more aware of these patterns, you can begin to make sense of them and create new possibilities for change, growth, and self-understanding.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in London & Online
Our thoughts and behaviours can have a powerful effect on how we feel. CBT helps you notice unhelpful patterns and develop practical tools to change them. Together, we look at the links between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and explore new strategies for coping. CBT can be especially helpful for things like anxiety, stress, and low mood, giving you simple techniques you can carry into everyday life.
Schema Therapy
Sometimes difficulties go deeper, with patterns that have been around for many years and feel hard to shift. Schema therapy looks at these long-standing themes—often shaped by early life experiences—and how they continue to affect your wellbeing and relationships today. Through greater understanding and gentle, supportive work, schema therapy can help you break free from these patterns and move towards a kinder, more balanced relationship with yourself and others.
Therapy is a collaborative process; I provide a safe and confidential space to explore and talk openly without discrimination or judgement. Taking the first steps can be difficult, but an initial consultation can help you address any concerns you may have.

We are all Frankenstein monsters – patchwork quilts of past experiences – trying to pass ourselves off as whole and cohesive things.
Fees
I operate a sliding scale of fees dependent on income and the time of day you are able to attend. Fees start from £110 per session, or from £150 for couples. (Fees maybe higher when paid via insurance).
I offer concessionary places during the day for students, those on a low income, or in financial difficulty; please contact me to discuss.
Before commencing therapy we will meet for an initial consultation, this is when we discuss the most appropriate type of therapy for you and if time limited, the number of sessions.
I am able to offer therapy via Zoom, MS Teams or telephone if you are unable to attend in person.
I am founder and director of Eaton Gate Practice in the heart of Belgravia, London. If I am unable to offer you a suitable time I can recommend one of my practice colleagues. Lower rates are also available with nearly qualified psychotherapists and psychologists in training.
Health Insurance
I am registered with AXA, Aviva, Vitality Health, WPA and Aetna.
