Therapy is a collaborative process; I provide a safe and confidential space to explore and talk openly without discrimination or judgement. Taking the first steps can be difficult, but an initial consultation can help you address any concerns you may have.
We are all Frankenstein monsters – patchwork quilts of past experiences – trying to pass ourselves off as whole and cohesive things.
Fees
I operate a sliding scale of fees dependent on income and the time of day you are able to attend. Fees start from £90 per session, or from £130 for couples. (Fees are higher when paid via insurance).
I offer concessionary places during the day for students, those on a low income, or in financial difficulty; please contact me to discuss.
Before commencing therapy we will meet for an initial consultation, this is when we discuss the most appropriate type of therapy for you and if time limited, the number of sessions.
I am able to offer therapy via Zoom, MS Teams or telephone if you are unable to attend in person.
I am founder and director of Eaton Gate Practice in the heart of Belgravia, London. If I am unable to offer you a suitable time I can recommend one of my practice colleagues. Lower rates are also available with nearly qualified psychotherapists and psychologists in training.
Health Insurance
I am registered with AXA, Aviva, Vitality Health, Bupa and Aetna.

All enquiries are strictly confidential and you do not need a GP referral to make an appointment. To set up an initial consultation or to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, please call 07985 226216 or my practice number: 020 37093736.
